We have seen insane developments in Generative AI, I want to introduce you to the latest ‘Text to 3D worlds’. Blockade Labs have released an Alpha Test currently of their product called SkyBox which allows you to generate a fully immersive 360-degree 3D world in seconds with a single text prompt.

You can see below I generated a “virtual reality of Tokyo night life” with a single text prompt in seconds. This is great to be used for VR or backgrounds to be used in gaming or content etc. I believe this if the starting stages of ‘Text to Gaming’ 🤯

Synthesia AI

Recently I have been testing Synthesia AI to produce AI Avatars to scale across Youtube & TikTok with simple text prompts that are insanely human-like, I drew inspiration from this from Philosophy Santa who scaled to 295K+ followers and over 4.6M+ likes on Tiktok in a few weeks using this technology. Synthesia AI allows you to create professional videos using over 125+ AI Human Avatars with 120+ different voices! This is giving birth to AI influencers which are already starting to attract huge audiences across social media.

Life Hacks 💡

Some of you know I am a big advocate of the #4AMCLUB and love to get up at 4 am every day and have an extreme morning routine consisting of a rollercoaster of Cold Showers, Meditation, Reading, Journaling, Rigorous Excercise, and an overload of Caffeine. Out of all these habits I do every morning, This is the #1 hack I would like you to start introducing to your morning routine.

Cold Showers 🚿

I know… before you go ahead and say “F*@K That!” “It’s coming into winter!” blah blah blah… Hear me out. First, what are the benefits? Improved circulation, boost Immunity, enhanced mood, improved skin & hair, enhanced fat loss, improved sleep, etc.

Now the main reason I do it is, The improved alertness and discipline it provides me. First thing in the morning I get up and go straight to a cold shower for 5 minutes, it’s an extremely hard thing to do but it wakes me up and makes me more alert than any Caffeine, But most of all it keeps me disciplined. Doing something really uncomfortable first thing in the morning sets the tone for the day and keeps me highly self-aware of the tasks at hand and my output.

My advice for starting this is:

1. Start with a warm shower.

2. Gradually decrease over a few minutes.

3. Breathe & Focus.

4. Time your exposure.

Start by doing this over the next week and then slowly decrease the warm completely and let me know how you feel by tagging me on Linkedin.
